We started doing localization for international brands entering Lithuania. That meant going through every product, every category page, every piece of customer communication – and understanding each brand well enough to represent it in a different language and culture.
Through that work we built a network of Lithuanian freelancers and agencies we trust – translators, marketers, designers, support specialists. And we noticed that the brands we worked with kept needing more services, but struggled to coordinate all the different people involved.
So we became the coordinator. We use the brand knowledge built during localization to brief, manage, and review every service that follows. The brand message stays consistent whether it is a product page, a Facebook ad, or a customer support reply – because the same people who learned the brand are overseeing all of it.
